I have decided and there will be no regrets

I am going to be fully quitting YGO with the release of The Seal of Orichalcos. My last posts will be my views on The Seal of Orichalcos and the decks is affects with it's release.

This'll be a short post to test out my idea of making Fictonalized Tournament Reports. This one is from DN hence why it's going on here instead of my Vanguard blog. Take time to read it and maybe for your tourney reports try it out it may make them more fun to read.

This match was very short and he quit in the end on DN... had a good rating. I changed his name so he can't be located. This is told in the first person and with little detail in the actual plays.

(Me) Lonefire The Dark Sun Dragon VS (King of Tech Genus)Thunder Family

King of Tech Genus drew for his turn and smirked he had drawn his favorite combo for the first turn. He immediately Normal Summoned Mahunder and used her effect to Normal Summon Sishunder! I had no responses as I had the pleasure of going second. “I open the Overlay Network! Xyz Summon, Sacred Constellation be Reborn!, Constellar Omega!!” He said as he created the first Xyz Monster of the duel. “I set one card face-down and end my turn.”

I drew for my turn and saw my favorite monster combo in my hand as well, Dandylion and Debris Dragon!! My hand consisted of: Dandylion, Debris Dragon, Tytannial,  Princess of Camellias, Evilswarm Mandrago, Evil Thorn, and Mystical Space Typhoon. I contemplated for a minute but eventually “I set a monster face-down and set a face-down card, Go!”

He drew for his turn and laughed Maniacally, “I activate the ability of Constellar Omega!!! All my Constellar monsters are immune to your Traps!”

“You do know that you can wait until I use a Trap right?” I reply mockingly. He continues his turn into the Battle Phase and declares an attack on my face-down monster. My Dandylion was flipped face-up and mutilated by his monster. “When Dandylion is destroyed I can summon 2 ‘Dandylion Token’ in it’s place,” I placed two Dandylion Token’s on the field.

“I end my turn,” said King of Tech Genus and at that moment I opened my face-down card to reveal Mystical Space Typhoon, he made a pronounced sound of pain as his set Bottomless Trap Hole was destroyed.

I drew Call of the Haunted and giggled a little, “I Summon Debris Dragon!! Who then uses his effect to Special Summon my Dandylion from the Graveyard,” With my 4 monsters to his 1 I couldn’t summon Evilswarm Mandrago but that was fine. It was time for the Synchro Summon to combat his Xyz Summon. “I Tune my Debris Dragon to my Dandylion and one Dandylion Token! Clustering Wishes form a greater power, Synchro Summon, Take Flight, Stardust Dragon!” King of Tech Genus had a look of absolute shock on his face as my Synchro Monster took the field with grace followed by two more Dandylion Tokens. “Battle, Stardust Dragon destroy his Constellar Omega! Shooting Sonic!” Constellar Omega was destroyed and King of Tech Genus dropped to 7900 Life Points. “I set 1 face-down card and end my turn.”

“Hmph, you think your ancient artifact can keep up with the galactic power of Xyz?” He drew a card. “I activate Recyling Batteries to return my Mahunder and Sishunder to my hand and then I normal summon them both again! I Open the Overlay Network, Xyz Summon, Maestro of the Symphonic Djinn’s, Maestroke the Symphony Djinn!!” His second Xyz monster took the field weaker than the first but I could tell it was more powerful. “I activate Maestroke’s first ability he can detach 1 material to flip your Stardust Dragon face-down!” As I flipped my Stardust Dragon to face-down defense I noticed he had 200 ATK too little to actually destroy it and then I realized his true intention! Dark Hole. “I activate Dark Hole!”

“But if you do that it’ll destroy your Maestroke as well,” I said incredulous at his willingness to destroy his own monster after going through so much to put it on the field to only destroy 1 real monster.

“I don’t care about that muhahahahaha,” said King of Tech Genus as all of our monsters were destroyed. I looked at his field and his Maestroke was still alive albeit with 0 Materials. “Maestroke the Symphony Djinn can survive any destruction by removing one of its materials, hahaha, but I’m not finished yet! I activate Spirit Converter! And follow up with Heavy Storm!!” He continues to waste his own cards for a marginal benefit worse than the marginal cost.

“In response to your Heavy Storm, I activate Call of the Haunted to return Dandylion to my field,” his Heavy Storm destroyed his Spirit Converter and my Call of the Haunted which destroyed Dandylion. I gained 2 more Dandylion Tokens to protect my life while his Spirit Converter gave him back both Sishunder and Mahunder. I was convinced he was retarded… So far he has used Recycling Batteries, Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, Spirit Converter, Sishunder, Mahunder… Out of those cards he now has only 3 cards left in his hand 2 are Sishunder and Mahunder the other is unknown.

“My Maestroke destroys your token!” King of Tech Genus’s Maestroke took down a Dandylion Token in a swift blow leaving me with only 1. “End my turn”

I drew another Call of the Haunted and knew how this game would end. “I Summon Evil Thorn!”

“Why would you summon a 100 ATK monster against my Maestroke do you have a death wish old man?”

“heh, I activate Evil Thorn’s effect to Tribute itself to summon two more from my deck and deal 300 damage to you!” Now with my field of 2 Evil Thorn and 1 Dandylion Token I was set up for game over because I knew he only thought of the short term and not the long term. “I set one card face-down and end my turn.”

“My turn, I activate Thunder Seahorse’s effect by discarding it from my hand I can add two ‘Thunder’ Monsters to my hand from my deck!” He added two Pahunders and sealed his fate. “I set 1 monster face-down and have Maestroke destroy one of your Evil Thorns.” I took 1700 damage and he ended his turn.

“Final Turn!”. I drew Dark Armed Dragon and knew the game was over. “I tribute my Evil Thorn and Dandylion Token, to Summon Tytannial, Princess of Camellias!!”.

“First a Synchro Summon and now a Tribute Summon how old can you get,” King of Tech Genus snickered. I supposed he had never before used Tech Genus with his base comments about my old friends.

“Didn’t I tell you this is Final Turn? I have 3 Dark Monsters in my graveyard! I special summon, Dark Armed Dragon! For the final bit of Damage I activate Call of the Haunted to Special Summon Stardust Dragon once more!” He shuddered and looked around for an escape route he checked his hand and his grave finding nothing. “Dark Armed Dragon’s effect banishing two of my Evil  Thorns to destroy both of your monsters!”

“Ha you think I’ll lose that easily!! Noob your deck sucks and you suck you Netdecker scum,” as King of Tech Genus said that he grabbed his deck and ran leaving his monsters on the field.

“Once again old friend we have made a terrible person and duelist quit this game,” I said as I packed up my cards and then all the onlookers were astonished as a 1950’s era English police box appeared in the middle of the room. I waved to all as the door was opened and I stepped inside to adventure to the past of Yu-Gi-Oh with the Doctor.

My future Vanguard Tourney Reports will probably be of this nature as well hopefully at least one of my matches if I can remember everything if not i'll change things to make them more eventful as long as most of it is correct.

Been sick recently

But I have somewhat of a post today!!. First off I finally got a win against a player not teaching me how to play on Cardfight Capital on BYOND it was a Shadow Paladin Mirror Match I used Phantom Blaster Dragon's Counter Blast 3 times... and it finally paid off in the end. On DN I've been tinkering with Twin Photon Lizard... and realized that building an OTK around it was possible but you are better off just teching a copy of Polymerization or two into a standard Photon Control build. More on that later. Other than that though not much today except my cold feels like it near over... though eating Holloween Candy isn't helping and it caused my cold in the first place... I get colds after eating too much candy or sweets...

Sneak Report Really Short one...

So I was at my sneak after my SAT had to walk 20 minutes lol. I entered twice (you aren't supposed to be allowed to do that) and pulled horribly... everyone else pulled nuts... we saw an Ulti and Ultra Laggia... and the guy who pulled the ultra also got a Rescue Rabbit... We also saw a Ghost Galaxy Eyes... and I'm the person who pulled Latinum and before that Space Time Police (All I pulled recently were the bad Ultra's in sets...) I thought we were gonna play Sealed Pack but my Local got that wrong too and we were stuck playing our Sneaks like always (Like a Tourney except more expensive to win the mat)... We were supposed to do Sealed Pack and Open Dueling according to the Operations Documents... Well past that nothing exciting happened...

Situational First Win!!

Alright you all remember my situational deck... well since Photon Shockwave it has been updated quite a bit. here's the video showing it's first win. I think more pro's on DN should do this in unrated... Sigh the video's never finish uploading so ah well... Tomorrow afternoon I'll just have to do a play by play... which are so not epic... I mean honestly the video stopped uploading according to the browser but never stopped uploading... I try to bring you all something cool to watch and this gayness has to happen... I don't do youtube videos because those also take forever to upload... I could honestly make a torrent for the entire Maria-Sama Ga Miteru series that will finish downloading by the time this finishes uploading which it probably won't...

My new deck VS Anti-Heal (InvincibleJ95 from DN's build)

I don't remember all the specifics of the near hour long duel but here are some highlights I remember.

I had just survived through Gift Card and 3 Upstart Goblins and 700 damage somehow... I draw... he Simochi>Gift Card... I top decked Mystical Space Typhoon and gained 3000 lol.

Later he still has Oppression and I top deck Breaker the Magical Warrior after making him use Bottomless on Tengu... Breaker gets rid of the Oppression and I use Tengu, Breaker, and glow-up for Mist Wurm to set him back a turn. He resets until he has 5 spots filled on backrow... I normal my Debris and get Dandy and nuke the field... we are both now top decking... I Foolish Burial for Dandy tokens and summon my in hand spore... sync for formula and then librarian by RFGing a lonefire... Arcanite Magician destroys his Level Limit Area B- and Gravity Bind.  I get Simochi Carded again... and have 300 left... I draw and end... he sets a card and ends... I top deck Pot of Avarice and he activates Path of Destiny... I get Heads and he gets Tails i'm like yes the game wants me to win lol. I pot of avarice back 1 Breaker, Mist Wurm, 2 Formula Synchron, Black Rose Dragon. I draw Breaker and something else with Goblindberg in hand. I summon Breaker and swing for 1900 (He's finally under 8000)... He gets nothing I summon another Breaker and hit for 3800... He finally draws Morphing Jar but I re-read Arcanite Magician... Take Breakers Counter and destroy the set Jar... Swing for exactly 1600 for exactly game. (And yes I summoned Celtic Guardian this duel like every duel).

Was the longest and most epic duel against burn ever recorded on DN lol too bad I didn't record it but I remembered some of the highlights of the duel. All in all l gained 6000 Life Points thanks to him drawing badly.

My decklist isn't final yet so I won't post it...

FNM Report!!!

I went to my first Friday Night Magic today...
This is the rundown... (I was running Red Blue Control (A poor mans version but meh))

R1G1: Against a Black Red Blue something or another(I think it may be running together)
I went second long story short I got pwnt...
G2: I got pwnt again but did slightly better (Had to mulligan to 4 though sadly)

R2G1: Against a Red Blue Splintertwin
I went first and was doing well enough until his Deceiver Exarch got Splintertwinned while fully untaped
G2: I somehow pulled out a win by stopping basically everything I could and Volition Rein on Koth for game.
G3:I negated splintertwin with Mana Leak but he Mana Leaked it...

R3G1: Against a Red White Myr
I went first and things went normally (I negated half his plays and such (Even Volition Reined his Myr Turbine) until he started bringing out huge creatures...
G2: Early Thada versus him having nothing to play meant I had his Myr Turbine and Iron Myr and I negated all his Shrine of Loyal Legions and most everything else and swung for probably more than game by time we had 1 minute left lol.
G3: I had nothing to play... got ran over...

R4G1: Against a White Green Venser
I went first and was doing well until the late game where I got Vensered and then she Avenger of Zendikared... needless to say I lost a lot of stuff lol.
G2: I negated everything and she drew next to nothing for so long... problem was... I drew no monsters either and sorta ran out of steam... In the end I tried to Volition Rein her Venser to not let her re-use Zendikar... She of course had (5 drop Green slime thing that destroys 1 Permanent (Slime Mold or something))

So I did horribly but bought a Gold 4... pulled Ryko, Chaos Sorcerer and Gyzarus (2 more Ryko's and I'll be set again). Tomorrow I'll hope to have a good post for you all.

Dark World DN Report and Decklists

I'm going to build a few different Dark World builds and test all of them for 5 random duels on DN each. This post will be updated later tonight possibly at around 9 PM EST or so depends on how many builds. I'll post their records and what decks they played against. I won't fit them all into this post though. I'll do the winner's results this post and the rest on other posts later this week. (Read more for the Update!!)

Overview of recent DN duels

Alright click Read More if you want to see the overview of the duels I remember lol (They might run together a little). I hope you'll somewhat like the things I learned lol.
EDIT: Someone just told me they could Monster Reborn my Brionac if said Brionac was negated... Does anyone remember Stardust and Starlight Road... If it wasn't summoned correctly then it can't be Special Summoned except by the correct costs being paid. They fought for this because it was ruled that way at Orlando by a Judge in one of his duels... in which someone did that to him and the judge ruled in favor but that doesn't follow the rules at all... If that's the case Starlight Road needs it's rulings changed to match.

Late but meh GA Regs report

NOTE: This is my first major tournament in nearly 5 years.
So yeah I went to Regs and have finally gotten back into the Yugioh mood. I didn't top 32 but got really close (Once I lost at table 37 I scooped due to not being 3 3 but being 3 3 1 and that 1 draw meant I could no longer top 32.)

Anyway round 1: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. KMP
Game 1: I go first and drop Rai-Oh so he had to waste something on it to play gearframe which got Divine Wrathed. I from then on had advantage and everything he played died.
Game 2: Thanks to my side I was able to close this out without much worry except when he swarmed with Burei, Bureido and Nishipachi... which got destroyed by Colossal Fighter killing most of his field making him waste removal on it. I Avariced and debris for what baically became game.

Round 2: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. Gladiator Beasts
Game 1: I was able to keep up a little but couldn't do much once I got hit with multiple Gyzarus along with a rather unplayable hand.
Game 2: He sided in Dimensional Fissure and I just happened for the first time to draw Avarice and Monster Reborn turn 1 with no way to kill the Fissure until after I had 6 monsters removed... And I got Gyzarus'd multiple times ending with a heraklinos.

Round 3: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. Chaos Plant (I think)
Game 1: Took 37 minutes and he came out with a great top deck of Debris to use Black Rose's second effect.
Game 2: Turn 1 I Chain Disappearance his Dandylion that he got with Lonefire making the token war from last game disappear. Then I torrential his play and my Tengu. When I got my second tengu out time was called. I got in 1700. His turn he kills the rest of my Tengu's. I sucessfully pull of Marshmallon for game.

Round 4: Tengu Synchro Beat vs.Pure Plant Synchro (With Debris and Ryko and Trooper and Gigaplants and stuff)
Game 1: I stop his Gigaplant, Gigaplant, Tytannial, Lonefire play and come out victorious
Game 2: He pulls off some crazy combo and wins it with Double Gigaplant.
Game 3: We go into time Life is 5500 to 5600 him in the lead... I set Debris Dragon... He swings and loses enough life for me to win the game as his next turn was the last one and he couldn;t kill Debris.

Round 5: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. Machina Gadget Solidarity
Game 1: Gearframe gets Divine Wrathed and every play ends with him with no field Tengu pokes for his entire LP.
Game 2: Similar situation except I didn't Divine Wrath his Gearframe. But otherwise his plays were all deadends and nothing could be done. (In one of the games I 8000 0'd which felt great but I felt bad winning because he seemed so depressed).

Round 6: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. Six Samurai
Game 1: I draw into a playable hand but he as I predicted had a face-down Double-Edge and no actual traps in the backrow but I have no way to force the double-edge so it went off and he OTK'd over my Tytannial.
Game 2: I side my deck out and put in my Side deck lol. I start off with Tengu and he has nothing. He trunades and I Mind Crush randomly calling Kagemusha. He calls judge saying I don't have to see his hand (The new ruling from a Konami email states that I do get to see his hand to verify as long as it's not common knowledge that he has no more.) He has the judge see his hand and judge rules in his favor so I don't know about the in hand Monster Reborn and other cards. (But I did hit Kagemusha which felt great). I was doing well but in the end he dropped Naturia Beast instead of Shi En. I set Penguin Soldier after he killed Tengu so I got my other one. He swings into Penguin Soldier and I bounce Tengu and his Beast. And get another Tengu. My turn I avarice and oddly enough draw Tengu making the one on field dead meaning I became vulnerable. I got once again swarmed and had little I could do left over.

Round 7: Tengu Synchro Beat vs. Gravekeepers (Match-up is obscenely easy unless you get my hands)
Game 1: Drew greatness and set a monster and a trap.  Necrovalley hit the field (Normally this doesn't hurt much because I normally either get rid of it quick or play around it.) This time though He had Royal Tribute turn 1 and dropped my hand and the in hand Avarice and Monster Reborn were both dead... Ryko went off and hit a monster so I could mill... I was unable to recover.
Game 2: I drew Tytannial and Tengu. Tengu got about 2 hits in and he drew a Spy. I Flip Penguin Soldier and  get negated. I play One for One discarding the other Tengu I drew and he Royal Oppressions. I swing into Spy and he says I can't pay 800 to negate it. I forget that it is not the damage step when Flip Effects activate so I believe him after a minute of persuasion and lose because of it so I think I might main Royal Oppression in my Tengu deck once I get 2 more Rai-Oh  and Zephyrus (Bounces Oppression and Tengu and is a free non-tuner.)

A judge told someone else nearby that had a 3 3 record that if they won the rest they could easily top... I lost at table 38 with a 3 3 1 record meaning I had 1 less point than him so it was impossible considering there were only 2 more rounds and a 5 3 1 record doesn't work.

Next time I go to a tourney my deck will be finished for sure. Gotta get 2 more Rai-Oh and 1 Zephyrus and I'll be happy but I probably won't see another Tourney until Xyz aside from Locals. So in the meantime I'll learn to play MtG. Don't worry I'll still do my nearly daily blogposts and with help from Ernest expect more variety and more useful blogposts as time wears on (Though he is taking Summer classes at his college so has less time than before)

not much today from me

Just yesterday i had regs and if it wasnt for a draw i had a chance at top 32 but the draw killed that. I had a good time and made a lot of trades. I'll probably have something to say tonight if i don't well i'll have Ernest post that T.G. deck anon requested.

In keeping with the Icy Theme of the day

Penguin!!!!! This deck is far from correct but in DN where there aren't Xyz the deck is forced to suffer to the level of using synchros. Here's a duel with it to show you how it works with Synchro's in a Synchro Cat sorta way,

I'll have a Decklist Once I figure out how it will work with Xyz.

Dueling Network Duel Report

So yeah I found Vannesa of Voila Vannesa online and played a few games with her Dimensional Eatos deck (No wonder OCG had problems with it back a few formats ago)...

First Duel... I used Wonder Wand Budget Keepers... I got a lucky victory thanks to a random Mirror Force.

Second Duel I used Junk Doppel... I got nuked bad it was pretty painful actually lol.

Third Duel I used Junk Doppel... I almost came back but she had a monster left so got in a free attack... then I top-deck Chaos Sorcerer when I only had 2 monsters in grave and DAD in hand with one Dark... so I lost...

in otherwords... I got pwnt in our match... But she's so pretty that may have blinded me to the correct plays... lol
EDIT: By the way!!!! That was the best date I've ever went on lol all the other ones before actually cost money lol

I test hands at home and get more than playable hands to god hands every time... I test play against my own decks and get semi-playable to playable hands... I test play against friends and draw complete shit everytime?!?!?!

Okay, went to the sneak today... (Just got back) I bought two entrances and got two tengus... traded for the third and an ult blade blaster. All in all i wasted 40 dollars lol...

Tourney... round one I lose badly to Disaster Dragon through a combination of bad draws and him having great ones.

Round 2: I duel against some fabled deck that was far from complete... Like he ran random fiends because he didn't have all the pieces... And it was 58 cards... Somehow I lost a round but won in the end.

Round 3: I duel against a zombie deck using some really bad zombie cards... somehow once again I randomly lost a round but destroyed with Assailant, Necrovalley, Rai-Oh, and Royal Oppression for the match..

Round 4: I duel against Chain Burn... First duel I was able to space and dust most of the burn before it went off... Eventually he got me low on life and was about to burn for game but I negated the second burn card with Solemn Judgment to 400 Life and attacked for game.

Round 5: I duel against Six Samurai... First duel... He draws a bad hand and gets ran over by keepers... Second duel lol he swarms with Shi-En and a field of brokenonsense... Swings and I Mirror Force... He negates... Divine wrath... he proceeded to lose to 4 Descendant pokes for 2000.

Round 6: I get a BYE and the Sams beat the Disaster Dragon and we had stacking check on the Sams due to them drawing God twice and the Disaster Dragon drawing crap twice...

Round 7: Rematch against the broken Sams... He goes all out and turn 1 plays Naturia Barkion, Naturia Landoise, LSS Shi En... my turn... Necrovalley (We forget about this), normal Descendant, and set Mirror Force and Divine Wrath (FYL). He swings and I Mirror Force... he uses Barkion (Illegal with Valley but we forget )Didn't matter)) I Divine Wrath for game... same way as before... Next Duel he swarms with nonsense and ironically my facedowns were Dimensional Prison and Divine Wrath (It would have been enough to survive if Kizan wasn't 2100 lol). (I only run 1 Divine Wrath lol)... Next round is unfair to him... Space and Dust, Space, Dust... (Yes that happened) So he had no backrow and no monsters and necrovalley prevented him from Double-Edging so I swung many many times with some random gravekeeper for game...

I win... I get said Extreme Victory Mat!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! My first true first placing after beating Sams not once but twice with Gravekeepers (I barely was able to use my Side-Deck lol)

Okay I don't have time today for 10 cards

But I do have time for a short tourney report my first successful one... I took GK's (Not finished it) (now one of my favorite decks).

Pre-Tourney: We had 7 people so couldn't have a tourney so I paid twice... Right afterwards one person wanted in and we had already started. Due to paying twice every round someone got a BYE and I got to lose one extra time (so I had to lose 3 times to be out).

Round 1: I unluckily got to play... I played against Machina Gadgets... I got out controlled due to him having Machina Fortress and he got rid of my Valley and I never got another one. I lost 2-0

Round 2: I got a BYE!!! so I tried my incomplete token deck against some glad deck for fun... The duel lasted a full 40 minutes and then I had to go for my next round...

Round 3: Dueled against Disaster Dragon i think? Turn 2 Royal Tribute both duels... He had no monsters for the rest... GG... 2-0


Round 4: Dueled against my friend Germane for Top 3 spot... His deck first off wasn't quite there yet but he did win his round 1 (though the other Disater Dragon got bad handed) (There were two Disaster Dragon decks) so I finally got respect for him.  won 2-0 thanks to Royal Tribute turn 2 and senseless beatdown.

Round 5: Dueled Machina Gadget's user Cabel (I think) for the second time... Round 1 he got it with Fortress again... Round 2 I pulled it out with tons of gay stuff.... Round 3 I got him bad by murdering his Fortresses with Compulses and Descendant... Then I got in alot of free swings... Then he had 2500 and Gorz in hand... I set a Necrovalley to destroy my Necrovalley and played Monster Reborn for his Fortress and attack for exact and GG... 2-1

Round 6: Me and the other Disaster Dragon guy spilt the packs... only 5 so I got 2 and he got 3 (He compromised by giving me 5 dollars worth of cards)

Chilled at Mcdonalds and called the lady who took my order a "Kind Sir" on accident twas awesome... Lots of fun and Matthew wants to go again next week so my noob friend is finally coming out into the Dueling world... I'm proud of him. I'm sorry I can't do the 10 cards but these actually need near full reviews because they are playable and it's fish meaning more than 10 lol.

This was of course my first Locals win so I'm obscenely happy... I was uncontrollably yelling at Mcdonalds due to running across the highway and almost falling off a two foot ledge neck first along with my two friends (Luckily I put my foot out before I died lol)

I decided before I review more of the GENF cards I would put them into YVD and go into more depth... so expect a long Fish post tomorrow (Disregarding old fish)... I just remembered YVD is horridly coded so is completely unadaptable... So I'd have to literally find a way to edit the code of my YVD copy and I'm not a hacker or a coder... I want to edit it to add Exceeds as a recognized card... I also tired of being unable to search Obelisk and Ra by Divine or Divine-Beast... I'd assume adding in new entry's for what's a card isn't too difficult... I don't want Exceeds (Or to call them Synchros/Fusions in sets) with level's after all...

No tourney but god pulls

Alright I went to locals... only 3 people were there... I traded for Doppelwarrior... I made bought 1 STOR special edition... pulled nearly jack squat except an Ultimate Rare Enishi and LADD (LADD is always in bad packs)... I feel slightly fail... I sell some cards for 10 dollars and buy another STOR special edition... Pulls Forbidden Lance and Shi En (Friend opened the pack with the rare lol) (and HAnd of the six... always means good pack)...  Sold some more cards for 20 dollars and bought one more STOR Special Edition... Pulled Another Shi En along with most of the cards I need to finish my Token deck... All i need now is Black Gardens and Grinder Golems.

So All in all I pulled 2 Shi En 1 Enishi (Ult) and 1 Forbidden Lance so around 100 dollars worth of crap... So I decided to build sams... all I need now is Grandmasters and Kizans and Smoke Signals (Had the Gateway before).  I also bought a Dragunity Structure for the Mirror Force and Bottomless (Wish there were 2).

A great day now I can finally watch Kiki's Delivery Service as my sister finally found it.

Final Round 14

I am apologetic about the absence of my posts recently but it was due to preparations for the Fighting Game Major Tournament: Final Round 14! I although I scrubbed out early in pools had a lot of fun and got to play with and meet a lot of strong competitors like Justin Wong and Filipino Champ, Ryan Ramirez. Well yesterday I hit up locals

I was finally able to obtain another Formula Synchron.... and I got another Sazank so I can trade with a friend for his 3 GK Spys.

Today I don't have too much to say but I got a few duels in yesterday. None of them mattered as I wasn't in the tourney and couldn't duel anyone good because they were all playing... So I played a friend of mine his brother in law and some other guy... 4 way tag... Without the right rules... Needless to say my partner didn't know how to use his own cards and died immediately and in the end I ran out of monsters to play with (It was 2 on 1 after a few turns...) so I quit as we were holding up the tourney and they couldn't kill Marshmallon......

After my friend was done his second round I dueled him with my Karakuri Tronic deck... First turn he ran into Nisamu and Time Machine so I quickly on my next turn summoned Burei and Power Tool and set my entire hand... and then after they both died on my turn I drew Future Fusion and played it removing my entire deck of machines and ended with my face-down Overload Fusion for game...

Over the Nexus Duel Report

Was dueling Junk Destroyer.... Went back and forth until he destroyed Shooting Star with Trishula (WTF)... I just almost lost after multiple reversals to a Monster Reborn top deck with Nitro Warrior against 2 Dandylion Tokens and Beast of the Pharaoh..

EDIT: OMG it might not be over yet... I top-decked Ryko as he couldn't win that turn... Oh **** me he tops his last Junk Synchron... Armory Arm IS JANK!!!!!! **** ya... uh well Level Eater isn't... Um is it healthy to get a third Debris Dragon topdeck... So now it's 2 tokens to nothing I'm at 1300 hes at 3700... he charged for a ryko... crap... I had a Spore unactivated that I didn't notice... I dropped trishula to remove ryko... swung over f/d Tuningware... and ended... he played nothing so I took advantage and hopefully won. GG Call Of The Haunted succeeded reviving Chevalier de Fleur from turn 1...negated scapegoat FTW GG after 35 turns... Duel was too long to create a replay....

So yeah the game is beastly and the hi level AI is epicly fun. This is quoted from Pojo.biz from myself who posted it.

Sorry for the emptiness

I just got Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 and beat Galactus after 2 hours of trying until I learned I actually could dodge everything lol. Well as things go Yu-Gi-Oh wise... Against a noob even an incomplete Formula Monarch deck will destroy their lives... I lost round 1 due to a random Dimensional Fissure stopping all my plays and having no way to summon anything I scooped. Round 2 I got a semi useable hand and wound up summoning LADD after repeated Creature Swaps and Synchro Summons... LADD won that for me and we had no time for round 3 sadly I wish I could have then I could have shown him how the deck works... Never even got to summon Formula Synchron... sadface...

but yes today has been greatness. I'll be pissed when the day ends and I have to go back to school but then again I'll get to see this one person I love seeing everyday.
