Verz Coppélial

This card is once again a card with seemingly little value. In reality though this card is quite nasty. Imagine tributing a innocent Treeborn Frog... To summon this beastion. With 2450 it topples over any Monarch. With 2050 Defense it is the strongest of all Level 6 monsters that happen to be DARK and Machine. But the stats aren't the major part aside from Inzektors can't run it over without Xyz lol. Without further ado aside from this quick click read more button I have Verz Coppélial!!!

Verz Coppélial
DARK
Level 6
Machine/Effect
This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is removed from the field by your opponent, select 1 monster your opponent controls and gain control over it until your next End Phase.
2450 / 2050

Good tribute is good. Unlike a Monarch there is no instant 1-1 trade in summoning it but once it's on the field your opponent isn't safe from it. If you really wanted you could ram it into a BLS and use that BLS to swing for 3000 damage or to banish itself. It's best use though is against decks that use Monster Effects for removal or Inzektors (Hornet killing this means your opponent loses Their Xyz Option or if you have Bottomless Face-down it's gg). This card is also the perfect card to freely swing against any monster with. Your opponent can't safely get rid of it as you'd keep the monster till the End Phase.

It's a Level 6 but cannot be special summoned so it's not good for Xyzing but it is good for what it's purpose is. All it has to do is take a single monster on your opponents turn to become dangerous. Meaning your opponent will refrain from killing it while they have a possible target on the field. Meaning you are safe from things like Smashing Ground. But this card is truly best against Chaos decks as they can't kill this card without losing a major card. It's stats alone force a minimum of 2500 to run it over but you don't want to do that either. As this card happily steals Stardusts and such as if nothing happened. It's also really useful in Monarch decks as an extra way to deal with dangerous monsters. As long as it's your opponents card that removes it from field... removes from field... meaning Prison, Bottomless, Compulsory, Brionac, BLS, Chaos Sorc, Mirror Force, Smashing Ground. Summoned early enough and the duel sweeps in your favor nearly immediately. I'd personally run 1-2 of these in any Monarch deck as tech along with Prime Material Dragon to deal with Inzektors. It also supplies more tributes for Monarchs upon it's death.

Well thats all for this review. I'm still waiting for the full set of Galatic Overload
