Galactic Overload Review 7 Black Burning!!

I'll try to have tomorrow's review uploaded tomorrow but since I won't be here tomorrow or Friday I have to schedule them in advance meaning I'd be doing 22 reviews today alone. I'll make it work somehow guys just keep viewing and supporting this blog with your kindness and it'll work out. Reviews Start after da Read More!!

FIRST CARD:
Bound Wand
Spell Card
Equip
Equip only to a Spellcaster-Type Monster. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK x its Level. If the equipped monster is destroyed by your opponent, and this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster from the Graveyard to your field.

So this card is nasty... and good support for Gagaga because they want to live long enough for the partner to hit field... besides... on Magician he goes up to 1900 beater status on opponents turn and Monarch level on your turn... but if your opponent kills him he'll come back... Of course this card fits best in a Secret Village deck because it ensure's you'll have a caster. It also lets you keep a Jowgen around... or even works really well in Gravekeepers... put it on a Recruiter with a Necrovalley and Recruiter hits 2000... opponent kills it you get back Recruiter and your search... In traditional you can equip this to Witch of the Black Forest if you wanted.

NEXT CARD:
Minimum Guts
Spell Card
Normal
Activate only by Releasing 1 Monster you control, and selecting 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Until the End Phase, the ATK of the selected monster becomes 0. During this turn, when the selected monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the original ATK of that monster.

EDITS: On DN this card says "Opponent's Graveyard" Yet Shriek has it as sent to the Graveyard and not "Opponent's"... So Dark Evangel is my last trustworthy source as I don't trust DN and Wikia supports Shriek's translation... And Dark Evangel has it as "Opponent's" so I'll not be testing that below combo until the text is fixed

Fun card is fun. I still want to see a Sealed tournament using only monster cards from Pre-IOC and Spell and Trap cards from GENF onwards. Anyway this card is just funny... pretty much Grinder Golem gets a new purpose and an interesting OTK with KA-2 Des Scizzors if you already had it on field or Call it back... You summon Grinder Golem to the opponents field... You use Minimum Guts to tribute the Token (Nothing on the tokens say you can't... people are just dumb)... KA-2 Des Scizzors runs over Grinder Golem for 1000 opponent takes 4000 from the Scizzors and 3000 from Minimum Guts  (Saw this on a Shriek comment but people kept saying you couldn't do it because Tokens don't hit the graveyard... no one was talking about the Tokens because you can tribute those (And nothings wrong with tributing those tokens and something else for Plasma and taking Grinder Golem so this definitely works...... (BTW Grinder Golem with Set Inferno Tempest trolls so hard takes 3000 and then banishes Every monster in both players decks lol)) Anyway Masked Chopper fun time go lol.

NEXT CARD:
Downward Tide
Spell Card
Normal
Activate by selecting 1 face-up Monster you control, and declaring a Level from 1 to 3. The selected monster's Level becomes the declared Level.

Heh simple card is simple... Make any monster you have able to Rank 1 2 or 3 Xyz... I can't really review this card it speaks for itself...

NEXT CARD:
Berserk Scales
Spell Card
Quick-Play
Activate only by selecting 1 face-up Monster you control. The selected Monster gains 1000 ATK, but cannot attack your opponent directy during this turn. During the End Phase of this turn, the selected monster loses 2000 ATK.

So dumb power boost is dumb... Essentially any monster you control gains 1000 but can't Attack directly?!?!?!? Why not? There are other cards that do the same with no Drawback like Ego Boost that let you hit directly... But this card is nice in a KA-2 Des Scizzors fun deck or in Butterfly Chaos so your crappy Assassins can actually do more than Gravekeeper's Assailant... If we had no free monster destruction and had to actually destroy monsters by battle cards like this would be really good. Essentially we need another Battle Phase format where most destruction came from Battle and swarms weren't easy to pull off.. Honestly Konami should just support different formats with actual tournaments... now that children get a separate World Championship... They should support Sealed play just the same with actual product winning tournaments and not just as side events... Same with Traditional needs to be made into an actual format. Would boost the appeal of the game to older crowds especially if Kazuki Takahashi allows actual money prizes...

NEXT CARD:
Night Shot
Spell Card
Normal
Select 1 set Magic or Trap Card your opponent controls and destroy it. Your opponent cannot activate the selected card in response to the activation of this card.

Psuedo MST is Psuedo MST... In some respects this card is far better because now opponents can no longer just activate their card in response... But at the same time this card is essentially a cross between MST and Spirtualism... Opponent can activate other cards but it destroys... but it can't touch face-ups... Interesting no? This card is really nice though I normally run 2 of this and 1-2 MST to keep my opponents off guard... no one expects being unable to chain their Safe Zones...

NEXT CARD:
Hieroglyphic Seal of Gathering
Spell Card
Normal
Add 1 "Hieroglyph" Monster from your Deck to your hand.

Wow um instant 3 of in Hieroglyphs nuff said... Like really what does one say about a Archetype specific Searcher... Grab any Hieroglyph and set up your OTK's at will.

LAST CARD:
Hieroglyphic Seal of Superstrength
Spell Card
Normal
Special Summon 1 "Hieroglyph" Monster from your Hand.

Not much to say here... except this can summon Usir for free and should say from your "Deck" but meh Konami decided not to break things this time lol...

I'll figure out how to do tomorrows review tomorrow lol... Thanks for your continued support and I'm sorry these reviews keep coming out so late. I've just been trying to actually test things before I review them.
