Mellowmelody the Brass Djinn

I've been wondering about why this card is used for awhile until I realized why Daigusta Falcos was used... Any double attacker can essentially give the possibility of an OTK. Well heres da review

Once per turn, you can activate this effect by removing 1 Xyz Material from this card, and selecting 1 "Djinn" Xyz Monster you control. During this turn, the selected monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase.

This card it turns out is quite good considering what it does. This card lets any Djinn Xyz attack twice including Queen Dragun unless they make some weird name loophole.

This cards purpose lies in its ability to attack twice, it is also the only Rank 3 with that ability so now Ranks 2-4 each have at least one monster that can attack twice. Attacking twice comes with a great responsibility, equip this with United We Stand while controlling any other monster and you get a 3000 double attacker... Play another monster and it becomes a 3800 double attacker... Meaning if you wanted to build a fun deck based around equip cards... you can now run both Tour Guide and Hero's or both Tour Guide and Venus...

Tour Guide>W/E>Make Mellowmelody... start swinging like a boss... if you run a ton of backrow wipes you can effectively win the duel for free off of a normal summon. Same with Heros... except more fun... Summon Tour Guide grab Tour Guide.... set hand special bubbleman...activate E-Call special bubbleman... make Mellowmelody and Blade Armor Ninja... both swing twice for nearly game... throw in any boost to their points for game... 

This card just enables fun little OTK's but it also works in the way that you can use this with Muzurhythm giving it the double attack... Muzurhythm swings and makes itself a 3000 and murders a monster... it swings again with 3000 still and directly this time... then Mellow melody hits for more damage...

Mellowmelody unlike any of the other Xyz double attackers is affected by Honest... Mellowmelody to run over anything with Honest boost... it keeps the boost for the next hit... Armory Arm also makes this monster quite strong... 2400 beater that always deals full damage if attacking an attack mode creature... 

This cards typing is nice along with its effect makes a nice addition to the Rank 3 toolbox.
