Plants are quite fun

I don't get to use the full deck often but it has some nice plays... It incorporates some of Plants signature cards like Tytannial, Lord Poison, Naturia Cherries and the useful Verz Mandrago the rest is parts of Synchrocentric like Tour Guides and Rai-oh in order to make the deck able to compete better as those cards have great synergy with plants in general. Cherries if they die can be an extra glow-up for your tengu or other synchro plays which is nice. I was thinking of Enemy Controller but went for Mark of the Rose instead. The deck works quite well from what i've tested. Essentially this is Tengu Plants with more focus on plants and it's really useful. Mark of The Rose is great with Tour Guide... Mark take an opponents level 3... Banish Dandy... summon Tour Guide make LEviair bring back Dandy Overlay for Zenmaines or Leviathan Dragon.
