This cards gains 300 ATK for each of its Exceed Material Monsters. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to select 1 face-up monster on the field. Flip that monster to face-down Defense Position. During the End Phase, the selected monster is flipped to face-up Attack Position.

The fact that this card is Earth is nice as Earth has some nice support.
Machine... Machine... Machine... Now that I've said it 3 times you all should understand how broken this can become... Limiter Removal... then during Main Phase 2 it can book itself to survive... Machine Duplication on Expressroid and a few other machines... There are some other things Machines have going for them I don't need to mention oh and Break Draw (Flip face-down kill and draw) AND it works well in Vic Viper decks (Not with their tokens sadly).
Exceed... Duh easy to summon and such and so forth...
Rank 4... Meaning GK spy can summon it turn 2... Hero Beat can abuse it... Oddly enough Karakuri can abuse it too... So can Gadgets... and Morphtronics... and GRavekeepers... and Blackwings... I'm done speaking now... As any two yes just two level 4 monsters can summon him immediately...
He can book of eclipse 1 monster once per turn twice... Meaning... Morphing Jar just sitting there unassaulted... Flip it... draw 5... set whole hand... Meister it... End Phase flip it... draw 5 more... Laugh at your opponent losing all their sams/GKs/Junk Synchrons/Debris Dragons/Dragunity/etc... to the grave... It becomes a better Tsukuyomi if used well... Pesky DAD on the field... flip it... run it over... Wanghu sitting there on the field stopping your plays... Flip it swarm... Extra Spy sitting there... Flip it search again... Spirit Monster just kinda sitting there... Flip it... Flip it again use it's effect and then return it to your hand (Kinkabyou)...
This card is the centerpiece for the Mainspring Strategy which I'll do my own personal dissertation on following in dec_silentenigma's footsteps. Flipping those "once while this card is face-up" monsters to reuse their great effects is great fun for some shenanigans and makes them not one-shot cannons...
Let's face it alongside Aspiring King Hope this monster is in a tie for highest immediate Attack stat Exceed monster... 2500 Clashes with oh wait... Book of Eclipse it then run it over duh... I think it even beats Aspiring King Hope will need to research that some moar. (Note: Booking an Exceed doesn't do anything to the Exceed Material Monsters they stay there and follow the Exceed everywhere until death.)
Not one of my best reviews but I'm a little too hyper right now as my allergies aren't murdering me anymore today... Tomorrow well who knows but hopefully all Pollen will be eradicated without killing the flowers as I LOOOOOVEEE flowers...
