Read More to see if this card is usable or not... and as a general rule never and I mean never say a card sucks if it isn't splashable... splashable cards make games bad. I wonder if anyone else remembers CC format where every deck was generally the same and full of only Staple cards and rarely tech that had synergy resulting in the creation of a real banlist (I played in this format when I was a noob after 2 years of playing...I was 8 or 9 and just got really into the game. yeah Painful Choice screwed me because I had no idea that giving them the Black Luster Soldier instead of Chaos Emperor Dragon would make me lose just as badly (Maha Vailo with Axe of Despair was beasting until it got blown up))

In a nutshell this is a good card and it is very well balanced but it has one major major drawback: "When..., you can" but as a plus this card is a tribute monster meaning that sacking a Dandylion gives you the tokens and the Tuner at least from my limited knowledge it should work like that unless the tokens make this card miss the timing.

Water is a huge boost to this card but it would be better as a Dark. Being Water means summon this and special summon a level 2 tuner for Gungnir or a level 1 tuner for Dewloren making it work well in a Water Synchro deck which is full of tribute fodder in the form of Treeborn Frogs and Ronintoadin. It can also be nearly godlike in Quickdraw at the cost of being less stable than Caius. S.Summon Quickdraw dropping Dandylion and tune for Drill Warrior. Summon this and special summon a level 3 or lower tuner from your hand or graveyard and tune again. EDIT: Actually you can't tribute the token the same turn but you could revive Glow-up tune for Formula sac Formula summon and revive Formula and Accel on your opponents turn for a Level 7.

Being a warrior is a huge bonus to this card giving it access to every warrior support in the game making it very very interesting addition to a Junk Synchro deck.
