This card at first glance seems impossible to summon without tech genus... well you are wrong but it's so broken with Librarian... Librarian +Librarian + Formula means at least a plus 4 before teh synchro. It is alot of work to do but the deck can do more than just that. Note the deck will rarely pull it off but before it does you should have won lol.
