Photon Shockwave Review 2.5

Sorry about last time and me not finishing the review... I have a lot of work to do to catch up... well not really only a few more cards and then I'll be starting on Photon Shockwave Review 3...


FIRST CARD:

Psychic/Effect
If this face-up card you control is removed from play, you can remove 1 Psychic-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK in your deck from play. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon the monster that was removed from play by this effect.

Ugh... This card is beautiful... Think about it... just remove it from play... and then suddenly you can do anything you want... Psychic's will like this card mostly because they have cards that can blink your monsters... Oh and Interdimensional Matter Transporter... so much shenanigans...




NEXT: Watts got support randomly and it's the most epic support card they have ever received...

Thunder/Effect
This card can attack your opponent directly. Wenn this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points by attacking directly, add 1 "Elec" Monster from your Deck to your hand.

This card is greatness for Watts... remember how you couldn't search your deck for Watts... Well now you can and at the same time have a 1000 Direct Attacker... That if necessary can Xyz for Hope or any other Rank 4. Not only that but it also thanks to both Xyz and this card you no longer have to run the non-direct attacking Watts aside from the Dragonfly and even that isn't too important anymore... If Watts get TCG Exclusives they might become a scary force to be reckoned with.


NEXT: OMG it's so cute and so powerful!!! I Want 9001 of them...

When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, you can send 1 "Natural" monster from your deck to the Graveyard. Also once per turn, by selecting 2 "Natural" monster in your Graveyard and shuffling them back to your deck, you can draw 1 card.

OMG OMG OMG okay look it's a Level 3 Plant but look again it is not a Debris Target!!! but at the same time it suddenly makes Naturia's a lot more interesting... Now they have a monster that can drop them straight from the deck to the graveyard... and act as a Mini Pot of Avarice once per turn while it's alive for the entire Naturia Archetype... Think about it... This card you summon it so thats 1 for 1... You send 1 to grave so no advantage either way... Then you put 2 back to deck and draw 1... This card is a plus 1 upon activating it's effect. If it lives long enough you may end up plusing majorly...


NEXT: This card is so epic you'll need to expel the epicness from your being immediately if you know what I mean...
Evangelist of the Ice Barrier (Sounds cooler than Preacher and I like Shriek more than Wikia)

If you control a face-up "Ice Boundary" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During the turn you Special Summoned with this effect, you cannot Special Summon Level 5 or higher monster(s). Also, you can Release this card to select and Special Summon 1 "Ice Boundary" monster in your Graveyard other than " Evangelist of the Ice Boundary".

This card has probably been reviewed many times but gosh it's so epic!!! Okay first off it can be Special Summoned from the hand if you have an Ice Barrier on the field but if it was Special Summoned you can summon Level 5 or Higher through Special Summons. That's great enough for Ice Barrier because now most of their effects are active... The best part is the final part... Tribute it to Special 1 Ice Barrier from the grave... Meaning if your normal summoned it you can revive a General... If you Specialed it you can still set up the more difficult Ice Barrier locks.


NEXT: Time to get real Retro who remembers the Ninja?

When this card is flipped face-up, Special Summon any number of "Ninja" Monster other than "Silver Ninja" from your hand or Graveyard into face-down Defense Position. You can only control 1 face-up "Silver Ninja".

This card is so beautiful that I have to test a Ninja deck on Dueling Network... All it needs is one Tribute after all... And the Ninja's clear backrow so well... only problem is setting this card up for a big play. Oh wait guess what are Ninja's... there are 3 Karakuri Ninja monsters... I guess you know what that means... Bring out 3 Sazank for a field wipe Sazank also can't kill your set monsters on accident... And Kuick is also a Ninja that can summon out other Karakuri Ninja's in the deck for Xyz summons. And Ninja's have some nice support cards lol so this will be a fun deck to build lol.


NEXT: So I learned that its name is actually two words put together through having the first word end with the beginning syllable of the next word


Acorn Squirrel (It's name is Dongurisu but Donguri is Acorn... and Risu is Squirrel... Dongurisu is Acorn Squirrel albeit not being a real word in Japanese)

Each time your opponent Special Summons a monster, place 1 Acorn Counter on this card. By removing 1 Acorn Counter from this card, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

This card is so epicly hilarious... Think of it like this... side it in against a Junk Deck lol make them hate you after you make it survive the turn... Once that turn ends you can murder your opponents entire field... though getting this card to survive is probably the hardest thing to do.


NEXT: I wanna be the very best like no one ever was... to catch them is my real test... To train them is my cause... I will travel across the world... searching far and wide... Each pokemon to understand the power that's inside...

This card cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up it is returned to the owner's hand. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, destroy all set Magic and Trap Cards your opponent controls.

Lol really... but at the same time it's a great great card... It's a Harpies Feather Duster with a body in Spirit form... Note: Spirit's work when flipped face-up as well lol. but yeah a free backrow wipe so nice!!!

NEXT: This card would have been so much better if it didn't have a few lines of text...

Once per turn, you can activate this effect by removing from play 1 Monster in your hand. Destroy all face-up Monster on the field with the same Type as the Type of the monster removed from play for the activation of this effect.

Card makes Mirror Matches so much dumber... But at the same time it gives some decks that like to side deck Kinetic Soldier a way to turn a in hand Kinetic Soldier into a Six Sam Field Wipe... It's nice but if it was a Type affecting Tribe-Infecting Virus with no drawback that would be better...

When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, Trap Cards cannot be activated in response. Also, While this card is face-up on the field, when a Monster is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned, "Trap Hole" Trap Cards cannot be activated.

This card single-handedly made Warrior decks no longer afraid of Bottomless... I'm scared for the future...

Monsters Special Summoned by this effect are destroyed during the End Phase. The effect of "Rescue Rabbit" can only be activated once per turn.
