Laval's are terrifying...

This post will have a deck added to it later tonight. but right now... I must admit... I just in one turn... Shooting Star, Librarian, Stardust, Black Rose, Laval The Greater... with one more reknindling left in hand...

thanks to Librarian and Formula I drew into One for One and Monster Reborn and Laval Burner. Thanks to Laval Volcano Lady I was able to set up my graveyard for rediculousness and thanks to a top-deck of Foolish I was able to send Dandylion after a nice Ryko Mill... I also thanks to Doppelwarrior after Rekindling got some craziness going. The deck is scary it needs a bit more work on consistency but so far It's only lost once really and that was too X-Sabers as I drew no monsters at all aside from slow cards that I no longer run.

So that means in testing... Gemknights, Laval, Gishki Hero so far are all really good. Gusta hasn't got much testing time in so I'm gonna test that a bit more soon. No matter what I do to Gusta it just sorta fails... I took out all the Gusta tuners because they aren't needed for Gusta Synchro Summons and replaced them with Psychic tuners... So it looks more like the psychic deck... but at the same time it still just sorta sucks... Will try one more variation but so far it seems like it will not be able to have a hope at winning.

The deck can be changed to include a larger more responsive trap line-up in exchange for some of the monsters and spells lol.

The deck's most appealing aspect is LS style deck thinning but along with that you have more control over it. The deck can actually drop 1 Ryko for Laval Gunner (Mills 5 when normal summoned if there is a Laval in the grave and gains 200 ATK for each Laval milled but comes out at 1200 so can't get bottomlessed.)
